My Journey to Spiritual Healing

Years ago I was in so much pain that I was taking 90
hydrocodone a month. I couldn't get over the debilitating pain. Upon
recommendation, I visited a Shaman who led me to discover that the root
cause of my pain was from a trauma I suffered at a young age. Once I
worked on resolving and releasing that trauma, the pain disappeared. I
learned we store trauma and grief in our bodies when we aren't able to
process it. Left untreated, it can cause pain and "dis-ease".
My healing journey led me to become a Shaman, Usui and Karuna Reiki Master,
animal communicator, and to open Innergistic, a healing place for mind,
body and soul. My business allows other practitioners to share their
gifts, teach others to heal, and spread love and light throughout
Oklahoma!
My advice to everyone is to get to the root cause of your pain. Is it emotional manifesting as physical? Try energetic healing in addition to medical healing. Keep your energetic field clear and peaceful. Live your best life!
